2 YEARS WARRANTY
Cosy furniture products are guaranteed against any defect of material or manufacturing (default) for 2 years. The warranty will only apply for discovered defects during the warranty period and will only benefit from the initial purchaser of the product. Cosy furniture products comply with their technical description and specifications; It is up to you to ensure their adequacy with the use you want to do and choose them accordingly.

Conditions of application and case of exclusion
Are not covered by the warranty the following damages:
Damage resulting from normal product wear
Damage resulting from the transport or storage of the product
Damage resulting from use that does not comply with the destination of products or poor maintenance
Damage resulting from product modification

OPERATION OF THE WARRANTY

We offer you the shipping costs for any order delivered in Metropolitan France. As part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, return and refund are possible.
