Warranty Policy:

2 YEAR WARRANTY
Meubles Cosy products are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing defect (fault) for 2 years. The warranty will only apply to defects discovered during the warranty period and will only benefit the original purchaser of the product. Meubles Cosy products comply with their technical description and specifications; it is your responsibility to ensure that they are suitable for the use you wish to make of them and to choose them accordingly.

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION AND EXCLUSION CASES
The following damages are not covered by the warranty:
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product
Damage resulting from transport or storage of the product
Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the intended purpose of the products or from poor maintenance
Damage resulting from product modification
Damage resulting from shock, sharp objects, twisting, compression, falling, abnormal impact and other actions beyond the control of Furnish1.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GUARANTEE
In the event of a defect, Meubles Cosy undertakes at its discretion either to refund the product or to replace the product free of charge. This choice will be made by Meubles Cosy on the basis of the following considerations:
The value the product would have if there were no defect,
The importance of the defect
The inconvenience generated by the compensation offered for the initial purchaser. Meubles Cosy undertakes to ensure that any refund or replacement is made within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature of the good and the use sought by the latter.

HOW THE WARRANTY WORKS
For any warranty request, contact Meubles Cosy via the website or by email. Once examined by Meubles Cosy, your product will be replaced or refunded.
We offer you the shipping costs for any order delivered in metropolitan France. As part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds are possible. If the customer changes his mind and/or decides to no longer keep the item which is nevertheless intact and without any cause of quality. In this case, the costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the customer. The transport of the products thus returned is the responsibility of the customer. In the event that the product, due to its nature (bulky and/or heavy or of high value), cannot be handled by the Post Office, the customer can call on the service of a carrier of his choice.
The return of all product(s) ordered and delivered intact will give rise to a refund equal to the total amount paid by the customer, i.e. the purchase price of the product(s) purchased. The customer will be reimbursed by any means of payment within 30 days from the receipt by the seller of the customer's request to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the product concerned has been received by the seller during this period.
